Notice of a Public Hearing: General Mills Site Appeal


Kelly Doran, on behalf of Doran-CSM SE I, LLC, is appealing the decision of the Heritage Preservation Commission denying a certificate of appropriateness application to construct a new 26-story, 374 unit residential building in the St. Anthony Falls Historic District for the properties located at 200 University Ave SE; 215 2nd St SE; 223 3rd Ave SE; 229 2nd St SE.

This matter will receive an additional public hearing before the Zoning and Planning Committee of the Minneapolis City Council on Thursday, November 09, 2017, at 9:30 AM in Room 317 City Hall, 350 S 5th St.  You are invited to attend and be heard.
