First Congregational Church | 500 8th Avenue SE

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board is looking for student input and ideas on improvements to be made at Father Hennepin Bluff Park in 2019. All students are welcome to attend the meeting and be a part of the park planning process. There will be two guests from the Ojibwe community. The MPRB will be providing food from Gatherings Cafe.

Father Hennepin Bluff Park is a regional park that will connect people to the Mississippi River, restore and enhance natural resources, reveal and interpret past and present nature and culture, engage visitors and adapt to changing social, economic and ecological realities. The MPRB is in the initial stages of gathering input from residents on how to best improve the park for all visitors.
